WHAT OUR PRICES INCLUDE

Massology is dedicated to providing highly skilled, confident, and professional massage therapists. Each provider brings their own areas of expertise and advanced techniques to every session.

Your fee compensates the therapist for their travel time, fuel costs, set up, break down, and cleanup. Our professionals will bring everything needed for your appointment or event, including a table/chair, linens, oils, music, cleaning supplies, and various tools, depending on the assignment. You can customize your session by excluding music, conversation or adding any specific requests.

Can I book group massage services online?

Yes! You can easily book a service for a group of people with one or more therapists by vising our booking system here.

Is Gratuity included in the pricing?

Our pricing is all-inclusive and gratuity is never expected but is always appreciated.

What about parking fees?

Some locations require your therapist to pay parking fees to park. Your therapist will always do their best to avoid these fees. In a circumstance where these are unavoidable, you may reimburse the therapist via cash or credit card. After your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link where you will be able to reimburse the parking fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

To be mindful of our therapists time, a cancellation policy applies to all bookings. You may read our cancellation policy here.

What is your payment policy?

We require upfront payment for all services. If you schedule online, you’ll pay for your service at checkout. If you book through out customer service, you’ll receive an invoice for your booking. See latest and full policy here.

Do you provide refunds if I have to cancel a service?

If you cancel your booking within the free cancellation window, we will initiate a full refund. See latest and full policy here.

Do you take medical insurance?

We accept FHA/HSA account payments for select services marked as “FHA/HSA Approved”. These services can be booked online with your FHA card. Please be sure to find our if you can use these benefits for massage and get the necessary approved, if needed. While we do not directly accept medical insurance, we are committed to helping you manage the reimbursement process with your insurance provider. How do I pay an invoice for a scheduled service?

Invoices can be found in your confirmation emails, text messages, or your customer account, Sign In to view your invoices. Use the Link (by Stripe) option for fast one-click checkouts.
