Is Gratuity included?
All prices include 20% Gratuity for your therapist. If you wish to provide additional Gratuity, you will be able to do so, after your appointment, in cash or via credit card. After your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link where you will be able to add additional gratuity. Also, all email confirmations contain a gratuity link for your therapist. Please note that our therapists do not carry cash, therefore cannot provide change.
What about parking fees?

To be mindful of our therapists time, a cancellation policy applies to all bookings. You may read our cancellation policy here.
What is your payment policy?
We require upfront payment for all services. If you schedule online, you’ll pay for your service at checkout. If you book through out customer service, you’ll receive an invoice for your booking.
Do you provide refunds if I have to cancel a service?
If you cancel your booking within the free cancellation window, we will initiate a full refund.
Do you take medical insurance?

If I have a membership, how do I share my discount with others at my location?
Every customer gets an exclusive code to share with their household members. Your loved ones can set up their own accounts and redeem your code during checkout. Please note that we may cancel any promotional code without notice if we suspect it’s being misused by individuals outside of the customer’s residence.
Can I set a regular massage schedule?
Yes! You can set your appointment to repeat however often you’d like. If you wish to set a regular schedule, choose this option at booking by selecting “SET A REGULAR SCHEDULE”. Your regularly scheduled appointments can be easily managed in your account if you needed to skip a booking or cancel your repeating schedule.
How do I pay my invoice for a scheduled service?
If I share my discount, do the other individuals in my household need to provide a massage table?
If you have a Club or Club Plus Membership, other individuals utilizing your membership must provide their own massage table. If you have the Plus Membership, neither you or others in your household need to provide a massage table.
