1. IN-HOME MASSAGE SERVICES PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Policy

Payment is due 24 hours in advance, but you are welcome to make the payment at any time before then. Please note that for safety of our therapists, we are a cashless business and all payments are to be made by credit/debit card. All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can get in the way, which is why you can cancel or reschedule your appointment online or through our customer service with a prior notice of 12 hours or more for free. We will issue 100% refund within 24-48 hours on balances under the dollar amount of $300.

For balances over $300 a Non-Refundable Credit Card Fee applies. Once payment has been made, even if cancellations occur within our “free cancellation window,” the credit card processing fee of 5% is non-refundable if the refund amount exceeds the dollar amount of $300. This means that once payment is made, credit card fees will not be refunded under any circumstances if the refund is over $300, unless the appointment is affected by an issue on our part. This fee also applies to all purchased spa party and class packages. In case of a cancelation you can choose to keep the balance as a credit on your Massology account instead of issuance of a refund which will avoid the 5% deduction. Credits are available to be used at any time and will be visible in your account, at checkout. You must be signed in to your Massology account when redeeming the credit. This policy applies to any services booked through Massology.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 30% applies. Your refund will be 70% of the total amount charged to your card.
    Rescheduling is free; however, if the subsequent appointment is canceled (even if 24 hour in advance notice is provided), the 30% fee will still be enforced as per this policy.
  • Cancellations made with 4 hours’ notice or less: Non-refundable, as we must compensate our therapists for their time and reserved slot.
    Rescheduling is free; however, the fee is non-refundable and can only be used as a credit to re-schedule the appointment once (even if 24 hour in advance notice is provided).

Please note: Same-day bookings are not eligible for free cancellations. Rescheduling is free in accordance to this policy and the points above.

2. PRIVATE AND CORPORATE EVENTS, SPA PARTIES, COUPLES MASSAGE CLASSES PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Policy

All payments are due 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event and must be made via credit card, unless another payment method has been explicitly approved by our team in advance.

Other forms of payment we accept include corporate checks. All checks must be mailed to Massology by the due date listed on the invoice. Our mailing address will be provided once alternative payment arrangements are approved.

If payment cannot be made by the 24-hour deadline, we may allow a later payment date upon request. This approval must be granted during the booking process, prior to the event. In such cases, a new due date will be provided to the individual. When a later payment date is approved, a 30% down payment is still required at least 24 hours prior to the event in order to proceed, unless other written conditions have been approved.

Please note: Regardless of whether an extension has been approved, any invoice that remains unpaid 72 hours past its due date will be considered late and will begin to accrue a late fee of $15 per day until the full payment is received.

Non-Refundable Credit Card Fee: You are not charged any credit card fees at the time of payment. However, if a refund of $300 or more is processed, a 5% credit card processing fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable charge that our payment processor deducts from each transaction.

If there is a possibility that your event may need to be canceled, you can avoid this fee by making payment no earlier than the due date (24 hours prior to your appointment). Once payment has been submitted, credit card fees are non-refundable—even if the cancellation occurs within our “free cancellation” window—unless the cancellation results from an issue on our part.

This policy also applies to all purchased spa party and class packages.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund minus the 5% credit card processing fee.
  • Rescheduling is free. 
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance: 65% of the total balance will be refunded. A 35% fee will apply. 
  • Rescheduling is free; however, if the subsequent event is canceled (even if a 24 hour in advance notice is provided), the 35% fee will still be enforced as per this policy.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance: Non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is free; however, the fee can only be used as a credit to re-schedule the event once (even if 24 hour in advance notice is provided).

3. OUTDOOR SERVICES AND WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to have your service performed outdoors, please consider the unpredictability of Florida weather. We strongly recommend having a backup plan in case of sudden weather changes. Please note that Massology is not responsible for weather-related disruptions, and our standard cancellation policy still applies in such cases.

In the event of a hurricane or major storm, we will honor cancellations made 24 hours prior to the storm’s expected arrival. Cancellations made after the storm’s arrival will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, if no major weather event is occurring, our regular cancellation policy applies during hurricane season.

Please note, non-refundable credit card fees for events will still apply regardless of the reason for cancellation. Rescheduling is free.
