With 20+ years of experience in massage therapy, I’m a self-described tomboy and proud adventurer — my friends call me a redneck, surfer, and hippie chick all rolled into one. I love the great outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or finding my way through any woods or water. Nicknamed Pocahontas and once crowned Miss Athlete, I’ve always been a bit of a daredevil and adrenaline junkie — and I believe that spirit keeps me young at heart.
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: lifeguard, swim coach, registered yoga teacher, behavioral specialist, and now Licensed Massage Therapist. My diverse background has given me a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, exercise science, sports psychology, ocean rescue, fire and EMT science, and massage therapy.
I bring all of this experience to the table — literally — by blending my athletic insight and scientific knowledge to help clients feel and move better. My approach is focused, intentional, and results-driven. I’m not a “fluff and buff” therapist; I’m here to identify the root of muscular tension and work with you to correct it. Some clients jokingly call me The Paininator — but always in the best way possible — because I believe in real, lasting relief, not temporary fixes.
