Cancel or reschedule your appointment online with a prior notice of 12 hours or more and we will issue 100% refund within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation fee of 30% applies with less than a 12-hour notice. Your refund amount will be 70% of the total charged to your card.
Cancellations with a notice of 4-hours or less are non-refundable.

Same-day bookings are not eligible for free cancellations.
