LINA’S PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Licensed massage therapist since 2011 (Daytona College), and a certified personal trainer since 2015 (ISFTA), I have worked in the wellness industry for most of my life. I am a strong believer that preventative wellness is key to a happier and healthier life and encourage people to look after their physical and mental health.

In addition to my professional schooling, I have completed dozens of courses in several massage modalities, that have helped me gain a deeper understanding of the body and massage application. I work with various clients with differing goals and am able to advise individuals on many aspects of fitness, nutrition, and other preventative wellness approaches.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors, going to the gym, traveling, music, writing, photography, and learning. I was born in the Ukraine but have been in the USA since age 11.
