Lina has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011 (Daytona College) and Certified Personal Trainer since 2015 (ISFTA), I’ve dedicated most of my life to the wellness industry. I’m a strong believer that preventative wellness is the foundation of a happier, healthier life, and I’m passionate about helping clients care for both their physical and mental well-being.
I am highly skilled in traditional massage methods, blending therapeutic and relaxation techniques to meet each client’s individual needs. Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant, which provided me with valuable experience caring for geriatric and terminally ill patients. This foundation naturally aligns with one of my specialties — geriatric massage therapy — where compassion, comfort, and safety are at the heart of every session.
I am also trained and certified in post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), helping clients recover comfortably and effectively after cosmetic or medical procedures. My additional certifications include Table Thai modalities, Ashiatsu, Prenatal, and Sports Massage, allowing me to adapt treatments to a wide range of client needs and goals.
I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds — from those managing chronic pain to athletes seeking performance recovery — and often advise on fitness, nutrition, and other preventative wellness practices to support lasting results.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors, going to the gym, traveling, music, writing, photography, and lifelong learning. I was born in Ukraine and have lived in the U.S. since the age of 11, blending my diverse experiences into a holistic approach to wellness and care.
