Massology Advocate Partnership: Terms & Conditions – updated 1-30-2026

1. Partnership Structure & Benefits
   
   By joining the Advocate Partnership, you are authorized to gift your community a Free Massology Membership (a $49 value), waiving the sign-up fee for your clients. Additionally, you will receive a 2% ongoing commission on every successfully completed booking made by your referred customers for the life of their relationship with Massology. We reserve the right to modify these benefits or program terms at any time.

2. Reciprocal Listing Requirement
   
   Professional partnership is a two-way street. Partners who elect to be featured and promoted on the Massology website and member perks directory agree to list Massology as a featured wellness partner in return. This can include a listing on your website, a mention in your digital/physical guest guides, or a visible QR code/flyer at your place of business.

3. Referral Tracking & Lifetime Commissions
   
   We use a 90-day cookie window to link new customers to your account. Once a customer is successfully linked, you will receive the 2% commission for every service they book, provided they continue to use the same email address. Commissions are only paid on services that are successfully completed and paid in full.

4. Payout Eligibility & PayPal
   To account for potential refunds or adjustments, all commissions are subject to a 30-day grace period before moving to Verified status. Payouts are processed via PayPal once your verified balance reaches a minimum of $10.00. It is the Partner’s absolute responsibility to ensure their PayPal email is correct. Massology is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect account information or unclaimed status.

5. Self-Referrals & Policy
   
   Partners are not eligible to earn commissions or use partnership coupons on their own personal bookings. Partnership perks cannot be combined with other internal sales or professional vouchers.

6. Termination
   Either party may terminate this partnership at any time for any reason. To cancel your participation, you must notify us in writing at massology.us@getmassology.com. Upon termination, all future continuous commissions cease immediately. Massology also reserves the right to terminate any account for fraudulent activity or unethical marketing practices.
